Student Printing Information & FAQ

TPM does not offer free printing for students. Visit IWU ITS Papercut for information on free printing locations on campus.

Printing projects are required to be school-related (homework assignments, final posters, textbook binding, etc.)

Student print jobs that are being paid for by the University need to be submitted by IWU staff, unless other arrangements have been made by IWU and TPM staff with pre-approval.

 

Submit a Student Print Job

  • Email titanprint@iwu.edu the job order form and PDF that needs to be printed.
  • A quote will be provided via phone call or email. You must approve the quote before a job can be started.
  • For large format poster printing, fill out a request form through the following link: iwu.edu/print-mail/poster-printing.html

Payment for Printing

Payment is required at the time of purchase. Accepted forms of payment: cash, check, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and Apple Pay. Student accounts cannot be billed for TPM expenses. 

 

IWU Marketing Design Request

IWU’s Marketing Department does not accept student design requests at this time. 

 

Copyright

Any copyright printed materials must be approved by Illinois Wesleyans University's Copyright Officer before Titan Print and Mail is allowed to print. This includes textbooks and copyright images.
