Can Titan Print & Mail create print/mail accounts for retail customers?
No, retail customers' payment is required at the time of purchase. Cash, check, Master Card, Visa, Discover and Apple Pay are accepted for payment.
Conference Services clients can reach out to the Conference Services staff at conferences@iwu.edu for accommodations if needed.
What services does Titan Print & Mail provide for retail customers?
We offer all of our print and mail services to retail customers.
Can I buy a stamp or shipping label at Titan Print & Mail?
Yes, you can buy a stamp or a shipping label (FedEx, UPS, USPS and DHL) from Titan Print & Mail.
Fill out a shipping declaration form for faster service. Disregard department and code number section when filling out the form.
Do you have shipping supplies available for retail customers?
Titan Print and Mail offers USPS, FedEx, DHL and UPS shipping supplies when purchasing specific shipping services.
When available Titan Print and Mail has an assortment of free boxes for the community on a first come first serve basis.
Envelopes are available for purchase.
If I am a client of Conference Services, can I have packages or mail delivered to Illinois Wesleyan during my stay?
Yes, notify Conference Services before mailing any items. Titan Print and Mail will deliver mail to Conference Services on weekdays. Please use the addressing template below.

Can I drop off packages with prepaid shipping labels?
UPS and USPS currently pick up directly from Titan Print & Mail. DHL package pick up is scheduled upon Titan Print & Mail receiving the package. You may drop packages off at Titan Print & Mail during regular business hours. We do not accept packages that do not have a shipping label such as a QR code. We accept envelopes with stamps.
Does Titan Print & Mail accept Amazon Returns?
No, we do not accept Amazon returns unless it has a shipping label from UPS or USPS.
Can Titan Print and Mail print/email a prepaid label?
Yes, Titan Print and Mail can only print/email UPS and FedEx prepaid labels.
How do I submit a retail print job?
Email titanprint@iwu.edu the PDF you wish to print and the job order form. A quote will be provided via phone call or email. You must approve the quote before a job can be started.

What is the turnaround time for print-ready services through Titan Print & Mail?
Mutually agreed upon during job submission – generally 24 hours minimum.
Can retail customers send design requests to marketing to have printed later?
No, Illinois Wesleyan’s University marketing department does not accept retail design requests.
Will Titan Print & Mail print copyrighted materials?
Any copyright printed materials must be approved by Illinois Wesleyan’s University Copyright Officer before Titan Print and Mail is allowed to print. Learn more about Illinois Wesleyan’s University copyright policies.
