Reports & Research
As an institution that places a high priority on the experiences of everyone in our community, we understand that empirical data helps us to understand where we are and where we need to go. Noting this, the Office of Institutional Research and Planning in partnership with the University Council for Diversity administers several surveys on a cyclical basis in order to understand our campus climate regarding diversity broadly, religion, sexual orientation and gender identity, gender, and other areas. This data helps to shape IWU's policies and practices so that they are responsive to the needs our students, faculty, and staff. At the end of each academic year the University Council for Diversity produces a Diversity Progress Report that captures our institution's diversity related efforts across a broad range of criteria.
