Jo Robinson

Jo Lynn Robinson is an Adjunct accompanist for the Music Theatre Dept at Illinois Wesleyan.  Both her Bachelors in Music Education and Masters in Piano Performance are from Eastern Illinois University.  She accompanies individual student lessons and coachings as well as the upper level Scene Study/Workshop class for juniors and seniors.  She also helps with supported musicals of the season, as well as senior projects and smaller Phoenix shows.

IWU is a retirement job for Jo Lynn.  She retired from 38 years of public school teaching from elementary general music, but primarily junior high and high school Choir.  From Dade County, Florida schools, to the local District 87 and 29 years in the Unit 5 schools, her career is ending with IWU.  

Jo Lynn served as District 3 Chair for ILMEA choir when she was teaching and continues today, accompanying for local choir concerts and solo, ensemble contests.
