Mission Statement: As Student Senate's Treasurer, my mission is to foster an environment that ensures the responsible allocation of funds, while also actively contributing to the improvement of our university community. I am dedicated to promoting transparency, accountability, and efficiency in managing RSO funding. My primary focus is implementing measures to enhance tidiness in the financial processes, ensuring that every RSO has equal access to funding opportunities. By creating a more organized and inclusive financial framework, I aim to empower student organizations to thrive, fostering a diverse and vibrant university community that celebrates and supports the unique initiatives of all its members.

Duties: The Student Senate Treasurer is responsible for chairing the Financial Board Advisory and enforcing the guidelines found in the Code of Finances and the Precedent. The Treasurer ensures that RSOs are reimbursed in a timely manner, handles questions and concerns students have about Senate's finances or processes regarding allocations/reimbursements, and serves as a financial advisor to all RSOs. The Treasurer compiles the Senate's annual budget for the following fiscal year every spring and presents it to the General Assembly for approval.
