Lingnan University Academics

At the undergraduate level, Lingnan offers programs leading to Bachelor’s degrees in Arts, Business Administration, and Social Sciences. The university, conforming with its liberal arts ideals, introduces an integrated and multidisciplinary approach in many programs, and adopts a variety of teaching modes: a sectional approach in addition to the conventional lecture-tutorial format, immersion language teaching, field studies, integrated learning programs, service-learning programs, etc. 

Apart from language courses and courses in the Chinese (CHI-coded) and Translation (TRA-coded) Departments, all courses are taught in English except otherwise specified. Generally about 75% of all classes taught at Lingnan are available in English.
