Student Organizations

IWU students run lots of Registered Student Organizations (RSO) on campus and several of them are dedicated to the visual arts or uses the arts to better society such as the Titan Arts Society, the Guerrila Film Club, and IWU's Business of Fashion. Occasionally, there's a Flameworking Glass Club that meets weekly and sponsors an art sale on campus, and a Ceramics Club that provides an opportunity to continue to work with clay outside of course work. The Kappa Pi International Honorary Art Fraternity engages in community outreach by using art for a common good.

The Titan Arts Society (iwutarts) is focused on bring together students on the Illinois Wesleyan campus who are interested in the arts. The group is focused on discussing featured artwork of members, sharing relevant global or local art news and events, presenting sessions on art related media (history, mediums, movements, important artists, etc) while allowing discussion, creating individual artwork or themed art-making collaborative meetings, playing art games/activities, and planning art campus or community projects.
